Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, changes are not guaranteed. Once received, your order can be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices are listed tax-free in AUD. You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not covered by MedTrustSolution.
